Antoine Lainé started his PhD in the Micromegas team in September 2017. He previsously obtained his MSc from ESPCI Paris where he studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology. His research experiences offered him to develop interest for a wide scope of domains from exotic Leidenfrost effect to flow in porous media and active matter. He spent an additional year to get an insight into the field of hard condensed matter. He is now currently working on experiments of force measurement in order to probe soft matter systems properties at the nanoscale.
When he is not at the lab, Antoine enjoys running in the mountain and has an interest in litterature and History.
